- Coordinate and set up all aspects of the financial and accounting function to ensure compliance with local accounting standards and Bliston's Policies and Procedures.
- Generate timely financial statements and other management reports including Management Report (MMR) within deadline.
- Manage cash, foreign exchange and tax planning (where applicable) and control Operation Bank Account in order to ensure that there is sufficient money enough to pay supplies.
- Review all details of Balance Sheet accounts on monthly basis and prepare details of Balance Sheet accounts such as Billing in Advance, Accrued Expense etc. and Closing Profit and Loss.
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, lawyers, consultants, solictors on legal and financial matters, tax and other government authorities and agencies.
- Prepare JV for closing and review all staff works.
- Prepare power point slides and suport for presentation in MMR meeting with all DHs including RM and GM.
- Review minutes of Credit Meeting and monthly Finance Meeting.
- Review the revenue Department from before submit to RD such as PP.30, PND 3,53 etc.
